Is the Starter plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan includes 500 SMS and 250 WhatsApp messages per month permanently, with no time limit. You'll only need to upgrade if you exceed those limits or need advanced features.
What happens if I exceed my monthly message limit?
Messages beyond your plan's allocation are billed at the per-message overage rate. You'll receive an alert when you hit 80% of your limit. You can also set a hard cap to prevent overage charges entirely.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No penalties or lock-in contracts.
Do you offer a free trial for Business?
Yes, every new Business plan signup includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll have access to all Business features during the trial period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Switching to annual billing saves 20% — the equivalent of getting 2.4 months free per year. You can toggle between monthly and annual in your billing settings at any time.
