What's included in the Starter plan?
The Starter plan is $29/month and includes 500 SMS and 250 WhatsApp messages per month, OTP & 2FA, the REST API, and the analytics dashboard. Upgrade when you need more volume or advanced features.
What happens if I exceed my monthly message limit?
Messages beyond your plan's allocation are billed at the per-message overage rate. You'll receive an alert when you hit 80% of your limit. You can also set a hard cap to prevent overage charges entirely.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No penalties or lock-in contracts.
Can I see the platform before committing?

Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Switching to annual billing saves 20% — the equivalent of getting 2.4 months free per year. You can toggle between monthly and annual in your billing settings at any time.
