SysSecure LLC ("SysSecure", "we", "our", or "us") provides enterprise messaging infrastructure services including OTP/2FA delivery, transactional messaging, and marketing campaign tools. These terms govern your use of our platform, APIs, dashboards, and related services.
By creating an account or accessing our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
You have the right to use the Service for lawful messaging purposes, including authentication, transactional notifications, and marketing communications (where you have obtained appropriate consent from recipients).
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam), content that violates applicable laws, messages to recipients who have opted out, or any content that could facilitate fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from recipients before sending marketing messages and for maintaining opt-out records in accordance with applicable law.
SysSecure processes personal data (including phone numbers, message content, and delivery metadata) on your behalf as a data processor. You remain the data controller for any personal data belonging to your end users.
We retain message metadata for 90 days by default. Message content (body text) is deleted immediately after delivery confirmation. Raw log data may be retained for up to 12 months for fraud detection purposes.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to all customers. Enterprise customers may request custom data retention policies and dedicated data residency.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. Any activity performed using your credentials is your responsibility. Immediately notify us at security@syssecure.me if you suspect unauthorized access.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
